Adidas to Bring Back Old Italy Logo For Special Italy Retro Kit & Collection
Adidas will bring back the Italy logo from 1992 for a special retro collection in 2023, we can leak.
In 2023, Adidas become the kit supplier of the Italian national football team. The Italian Football Federation (FIGC) will release a new logo for the Italian national football team that makes its debut on the Adidas Italy 2023 home and away kits.
Adidas Italy 2023 Retro Jersey + Collection to Feature Italy 1992 Logo
The Italy 1992 logo will return for a special retro collection Adidas prepared for the Italian national team. The collection will include a jersey as well as a tracksuit inspired by Adidas' designs of the 1990s.

In 1992, the Federation launched a competition to find a new design. Patrizia Pattacini submitted the winning entry with a design reminiscent of a stylized 'i' with a blue circle to the top left. Elsewhere, there were the three stars on a blue background atop the full name of the Federation and the flag which remained the most enduring element since the royal design was abandoned.
Adidas did never release a kit with that Italy logo. Italy were supplied by Diadora (1986-1994) and Nike (1995-1999) when the logo was in use.
The possibly most iconic product with the classic logo is Nike's Italy 1996 track jacket.
