New Standard Chartered Logo 2021
Check out the old and new Standard Chartered logos below.
The new Standard logo keeps the colors and inspiration of the old design but swaps around the text and the icon.
Likely in a move to make it more easy to be recolored as well as work better in smaller applications, the depth and shading was removed from the icon.
It doesn't stop here are the text part of the logo has also undergone changes. 'Standard Chartered' is written in all lowercase and in a much different font.
It remains to be seen whether this relatively late logo change leaves enough time for the new branding to make its way onto Liverpool's 2021-22 kits. Above you can find an illustration of how the logo would look like applied to the current Liverpool home shirt.
