Neymar Trains in Custom Nike Hypervenom 2 Boots

Neymar once again laced up in the totally new high-cut Nike Hypervenom II Football Boots.

The forward entered the training pitch for Barcelona's Wednesday morning recovery session in a blackout version of the new Nike Hypervenom 2 Boots with a custom soleplate.

The two pictures from the Barcelona training suggest that Neymar is currently testing the new Nike Hypervenom II boots with a custom Nike Mercurial Vapor soleplate. Before switching to the Hypervenom, Neymar had been a Nike Mercurial players for many years.

Neymar currently wears the Nike Hypervenom with a custom Nike Tiempo Legend soleplate and appears to consider to switch things up now, possibly looking for improved traction and acceleration with the Mercurial soleplate.

Today's pictures of Neymar's custom Nike Hypervenom 2 Blackout Boots could also explain the previous confusion over pictures showing a pair of Nike Mercurial Vapor X soccer cleats in the Barcelona locker before the matches against Sevilla and Paris Saint-Germain.

The new Nike Hypervenom 2 will introduce the Dynamic Fit Collar as well as a different upper structure for the silo, set to launch in Summer 2015.
