- Kit Confusion: Cameroon's national football team wore their 2022 World Cup kits in their first 2023 Africa Cup of Nations match instead of the new 2024 jerseys.
- Supplier Unaware: One All Sports, Cameroon's kit supplier, was not informed which kit the team would use for the tournament.
- Federation's Choice: The decision to wear the 2022 kit was made by the Cameroon Football Federation, not the kit supplier.
Cameroon wore their 2022 World Cup kits during its first match of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations against Guinea instead of the newly designed 2024 jerseys.
One All Sports: "We also don't know as it is up to the federation to decide, not us. Thank you."
It did not come as a total surprise that Cameroon wore its old kit in the Africa Cup of Nations - the team also wore the 2022 kit in the first friendlies ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations. However, one thing is really odd...

"We also don't know as it is up to the federation to decide, not us. Thank you."
