Fans criticize the club to release the same kit as last year as a "new" kit
The Adidas Real Zaragoza 23-24 'Tomato' third shirt features a tomato red body, white shorts, and black socks, paying homage to the Real Sociedad Atlética Stadium (1919-1925) and the team's jerseys of that time. The Real Sociedad Atlética Stadium was colloquially known as Tomate. Real Zaragoza were created by merging CD Zaragoza and Iberia Sport Club in 1932.

Last season's kit was combined with red shorts and socks.
The Adidas Zaragoza 2023-24 'Tomato' third shirt comes with the same characteristic checkerboard pattern as the popular 2022-23 third shirt.
