Outstanding Carp-Inspired Santos 23-24 Third Kit Released
Update: Santos have officially unveiled their 23-24 third kit, inspired by the team's rich history with Japan. It is made by Umbro and will be worn for the 23-24 Brasileirao.

Santos 23-24 Third Kit
This is the new Umbro Santos third shirt for 2023-24.
The Umbro Santos 2023-2024 third jersey has a very unique design inspired by Japanese cultural art with the main color being dark blue. The shirt features a blue carp pattern, a red border and an ocean wave, which symbolizes perseverance, strength and determination in Japanese culture.
The polo collar and sleeves are solid dark blue, with red trim on the shoulders and 'JAPAN' stamped on the cuffs as a tribute to this country.
The Santos logo features a crown, a tribute to footballing legend Pele, who passed away in December.
The reason why the Umbro Santos 23-24 third shirt is inspired by Japan is because Santos have a very good relationship with this country. Historically, 4 Japanese players have played for Santos, including the legendary Kazu Miura.
Previously, Dutch club Volendam FC also took inspiration from the eel for their 23-24 away kit.
Umbro combines the Santos 2023-2024 third shirt with blue shorts and socks.
