Google Place Giant Logo on Kits as New German Women's Bundesliga Main Sponsor

German Women's Bundesliga club SGS Essen unveiled their new 2023-2024 kits last Sunday. With it, we get a look at the new German Women's Bundesliga league badge.

Starting July 1, the German Women's Bundesliga discontinued their old name and partnered with a famous new naming rights sponsor, "Google Pixel". Google replace Flyeralarm.

German Women's Bundesliga 23-24 Kits Sleeve Badge

As part of the deal, all 2023-24 German Bundesliga kits feature the league's new sleeve badge. The white box features the "Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga" logo. On smaller shirts, it is gigantic and almost as big as the shirt it goes over. The new badge touches the sleeve cuffs by a few millimeters for smaller shirts.

"Google Pixel" will remain on the sleeves until June 30, 2027. It remains to be seen if the logo will be updated on a later day, but Footy Headlines do not expect so.

Meanwhile, Apple TV show off in the MLS to make a nicely incorporated sleeve sponsor logo.

Made by Puma, the new Essen 2023-2024 kits feature modern looks based on standard designs.

What is a bit odd is that Essen have a purple home shirt, a blue away kit, and a green cup kit. None of the shirts would be considered light by FIFA rules. It remains to be seen if they will wear a makeshift kit in any of their 2023-2024 matches.
