Nottingham Forest to Return to Adidas
After 5 seasons with Macron, Nottingham Forest are reportedly working on a record-breaking kit supplier deal with Adidas. This is according to The Athletic, who claim Macron's contract still runs until 2025, but will be ended early.
Nottingham To Sign Their "Biggest Sponsorship Agreement"
Forest's last stint with Adidas lasted from 2013 to 2018, with the club receiving mostly bespoke designs over five seasons. However, this was during the club's 23-year absence from the Premier League.
More notably, the Three Stripes outfitted Nottingham during the club's most successful era, winning two European Cups (Champions League) as well as having major domestic success in Adidas kits.
This era is deeply intertwined with legendary manager Brian Clough. While Nottingham are still light years away from such success, they are nonetheless hoping to retain their Premier League status in the long run.
