The Adidas Manchester United FC training jersey for the 2023-2024 season was released this week - and it is a bit different than originally planned.
The Manchester United 2023-2024 training jersey was originally intended to have tricolor Three Stripes by Adidas, like the Real Madrid 2023-2024 training shirt. However, Adidas decided to drop the tricolor 3 stripes - we have no info on why, but Real Madrid will still have them for the 23-24 season.
It is possible that the Manchester United 2023-2024 third kit will have tricolor Three Stripes, but it seems unlikely after Adidas removed them from the whole training collection.

Indeed, the dropped tricolor 3 stripes evoked memories of the flags of Palestine and the UAE, but that is a coincidence. The whole colorway still has the same colors as the two flags, so that's certainly not the reason why they were ditched.
