Danny Ings Now Has Played For All English Teams With Claret and Blue Kits Except One
English striker Danny Ings has officially joined West Ham United from Aston Villa in this January transfer window, but that's not the only thing that's grabbing people's attention on social media.
There are only 4 English teams with claret and blue kits, and now Ings has played for three of them
Ings Will Play for His Third Claret and Blue Club
By joining West Ham, Ings will be playing for his third club that wears the claret and blue as their home kit.
Only Scunthorpe United "are missing on his list"
The Hammers, just like Villa also have claret and blue as their main home kit color. Moreover, Ings actually made his name in English Football while playing for a third claret and blue side, Burnley from 2011 to 2015.
4 English Teams Wear Claret & Blue
Aside from those three teams in England, Scunthorpe United are also known to wear claret and blue as their home kit.
Ings has been getting plenty of playing time so far this season with Villa, but Unai Emery's arrival seems to change the situation. The Spanish coach doesn't consider he 30-year-old forward an important part of his side. So far this season, Ings has grabbed six goals from 18 appearances in the Premier League. Meanwhile, West Ham as a team have only netted 15 teams
Clubs Danny Ings Played For With No Claret & Blue Kits
Although he seems to have a thing for the claret and blue teams, Ings has also played for teams that have other colors - Bournemouth, Dorchester Town, Liverpool, and Southampton. Only one team, Dorchester Town (he played 9 games for them), did not have any red or claret in their kit.
Ings could make his debut tomorrow
