OFFICIAL: AC Milan Confirm Off-White Deal
Update: AC Milan have officially announced Off-White as the club's Style and Culture Curator.
AC Milan Confirm Off-White Partnership
Current Serie A champions AC Milan today posted a video to their social media accounts confirming their new deal with streetwear and fashion brand Off-White. The company, founded by the late Virgil Abloh, are Milan's "Style and Culture Curator", a title we have not heard before for these types of off-pitch clothing deals. The announcement video certainly focuses on the culture aspect of things, proclaiming support for a shared set of values.

Created by the late Virgil Abloh, Off-White has become hugely popular on the streetwear scene in recent years, as well as being a staple of a lot of footballers' wardrobes. Their Nike footwear collaborations also gained them a lot of attention and they released a football collab with Nike in 2018, the collection including a ball, a pair of boots and a jersey among other pieces.

The club call the partnership "disruptive" and say it is based a commitment to positive change, using the slogan "Wear your heart on your sleeve" to encourage people to follow their principles, not be afraid to express themselves and stand up for what they believe in.
Off-White will provide off-pitch clothing to both the men's and women's teams, with the new gear getting its first outing tomorrow when Chelsea travel to London to play Chelsea in the Champions League. In line with the statements of support and hope for a better world, Off-White will also undertake community projects and initiatives with Fondazione Milan, the club's charity.
Off-White's reputation as innovators meant that we suspected something a bit different from this partnership and based off this mission statement, it seems that is what we will be getting. What do you think of this deal? Comment below
