Werder Bremen's new 21-22 Christmas jersey was released earlier today. It is made by Umbro and was worn in the 2. Bundesliga against Hannover 96.

The Umbro Werder Bremen 21-22 Christmas jersey is based on the 2021-22 away shirt, but features Werder's special Christmas tree logo. As has been the case in previous years, the year (2021) is printed underneath the logo.
Green shorts and socks complete the new Umbro Werder Bremen 2021-2022 Christmas strip. The outfit was put together in this way to be able to play Hannover away. Had it been a home game, Werder would have used the regular home shirt with the special Christmas tree logo.

This is the 19th time Werder have released a Christmas kit, starting in 2002-03, with the exception of 2017-18. They've now won 10, tied 6 and lost 3 of their matches wearing Christmas jerseys.
These shirts are only available to buy through an auction of match-worn jerseys, raising money for a good cause.
