Update - July 19, 2022: Mainz 05's new 2022-2023 away shirt was released today. It is made by Kappa and will be worn in the next Bundesliga season. Mainz let the club members decide on the final design of the 2022-23 away kit.

Update - October 14, 2021: Mainz today announced the winner of the 22-23 away kit vote. The white/red design won against the white/gold one.

This is the FSV Mainz 05 2022-23 away jersey, made by Kappa.
The Kappa Mainz 22-23 away jersey pairs the light base with red as secondary color. The club graphic is also used on the front, at the same scale as on the home jersey.
Club sponsor Kömmerling, who have a new logo for their anniversary, decided to appear in blue and yellow, Ukraine's colors.
Also mainly white, the rejected option for the Kappa FSV Mainz 05 2022-23 away shirt combines a white base with gold-metallic accents and trim, with a the club's trademark pattern applied to the front panel in a subtle manners.
The Kappa Mainz 2022-2023 away football shirt retails at €79.95.
