Spain's Official Store Sells 'Fake' Replica Kits
Brand-new official football kits are not for everyone, at least not for those who are able to spend around 90 Euro for a newly released shirt. Also therefore, fans are often looking for cheaper ways to get a new jersey. The Royal Spanish Football Federation is addressing these fans with a special version of the official Adidas EURO 2020 Spain home kit.
With the official RFEF store selling the kit, it is safe to assume that Spain's Adidas deal includes a paragraph that allows RFEF to do so.
Spain 2020 Replica Kit
The Spain 2020 RFEF replica kit is a more or less 'remake' of the Adidas kit. Instead of the missing Adidas logo and stripes, the shirt has a RFEFwriting on the right chest and a single yellow stripe on the shoulders. The graphic itself is just a little bit different to the official Adidas shirt.
In terms of quality, not really much can be said about the 'fake' kit with the pictures. However, we expect all logos of the kit to be just printed on the fabric, similar to cheap counterfeit shirts. The kit is made from 100% polyester.
Spain's football federation already sold such replicas of the Adidas 2018 World Cup kits. We expect that there will be also a replica version available of the 2020 away jersey when being released in March 2021.
The in-house RFEF Spain 2020 EURO home jersey retails at a price of 35 Euro.
