Eredivisie Blocks FC Emmen Kit Sponsor - Club Sells Limited Version With Sex Toy Sponsor

Some time ago, it was announced by the Dutch Football Association (KNVB) that Eredivisie side FC Emmen is banned from using sex toy company EasyToys as the club's main sponsor. Now the club started a special-edition of their 2020-21 kits with the main sponsor.

FC Emmen were set to receive a €500,000-per-season from their deal with EasyToys. The KNVB forbid the agreement under Article 3 of the federation's sponsorship regulations.

Article 3 states: "The consideration to be delivered or to be received by a club by virtue of sponsorship may not be in conflict with any law, public order or morality, with the Dutch Advertising Code, with good taste or decency, with the statutes and regulations of the KNVB, or with decisions of the board of professional football."

Special FC Emmen 2020-2021 'EasyToys' #HIERKOMIKWEG Kits

Based on the regular 2020-21 kits, the special FC Emmen kits come with EasyToys on the chest and the heart of EasyToys around #HIERKOMIKWEG (HERE I'M GETTING AWAY) on the back of the shirt.

The special FC Emmen shirt costs (just like a normal shirt) €60 for an adult size.

The special FC Emmen 20-21 kit can be ordered only Thursday 24 September at 4 p.m. and will be delivered after eight weeks. If EasyToys is allowed on the competition shirt, the shirt will only be sold with EasyToys on the chest but without the heart around #HIERKOMIKWEG. More than 1,600 orders of the one-off shirts have been pre-ordered already.
