Nantes Announce Macron Kit Deal - No More New Balance
Macron will replace New Balance as Nantes' kit supplier from next season, the Ligue 1 club and the Italian brand announced earlier today.
The deal, which will cover the all pro teams as well as the academy and women's squads, will run for an initial five years.
Gianluca Pavanello, CEO of Macron, said: "The partnership with FC Nantes is important, on the one hand from a strategic point of view because it further consolidates our position on the French market, and on the other hand, because of the prestige of this great Club. We want to create a unique and exclusive collection, through match kits and the merchandising line dedicated to fans, whose genesis is the history and colors of FC Nantes."
For Waldemar Kita, President of FC Nantes: "We are delighted to start our partnership with Macron. Their professionalism and the technicality of their products convinced us. It is a growing company which has acquired significant experience in sport in offering high performance clothing. It is important for the Club to be able to build this type of long-term and ambitious relationship."
As always, Macron will work directly with the club to produce bespoke designs for home and away.
The FC Nantes 20-21 Macron kits and full collection will be unveiled in the coming days.
