Wolves Gets Smashed For Custom Kit Font In Europa League
Wolverhampton Wanderers faced Greece side Olympiakos in Thursday's first leg of the UEFA Europa League Round of 16. It has been a remarkable foreign campaign for Wolves so far, with "one exception" - their kit numbers.
Why’s Neto wearing 9? Oh he’s not, it’s a stupid 7. Thanks to Wolves for introducing a new element to “getting annoyed about shirt numbers” pic.twitter.com/lZmUEBnF31

Wolverhampton Wanderers 2019-2020 Europa League Kit Font
The Wolverhampton Wanderers 2019-20 kit typeface has been exclusively designed for the club by design agency SomeOne. Designed as part of its new brand identity upon promotion to the Premier League, tt features distinctive elements of the club’s iconic crest, most prominently its unique wolf’s eyes.

However, while the Wolves font is definitely unique and looks quite good with the kit, there is a problem with it - it is easy to mix up different numbers. In example, the No.7 of Neto looks like a No. 9, and the No.9 looks like a No.8 from distance as well.
