Inspired by AIK Part II: Ajax, Arsenal, Celtic and Juventus Retro Kit Concepts Revealed
Following up on our article from a week ago, we've created more AIK-inspired concept jerseys, taking into account the suggestions you left on Twitter.
Ajax
The Ajax kit has barely changed over the years and our concept looks almost as if it could have been released this century - if it weren't for the old logo and lack of visible brandings and sponsors.
Arsenal
For Arsenal, we went with the 1933 design, which was the first time the club used the now-iconic red body, white sleeves approach. At the same time Arsenal also used a very unique Art Deco style crest.
Celtic
While Celtic's first-ever kit was all-white and the stripes were vertically for a few years after that, we still used the club's timeless hoop design for our concept.
Juventus
Before adopting its trademark striped design, Juventus used pale pink kits for a few years. This has led to various pink change shirts in more recent years as well as to the pink center stripe on this year's half-and-half number.
This will be it from us in terms of AIK-inspired concepts, but if you are interested in creating your own, we've made the template available for all Footy Headlines Club members.
