While the kit design looks quite like something that has been designed by Nike, a short research look reveals that the jersey is based on a concept by Malaysian graphic designer @JaimHahaha aka MZA.
The Nike Tottenham 19-20 home kit concept that got produced by the fakers is inspired by Spurs' 1987 FA Cup final kit - it features a subtle graphic pattern on the front.
