Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Pro Is Like 'Buying The Discontinued Nike Mercurial Vapor XI For a Lower Price

The visual design of the Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Pro soccer boot is almost the same as the design of the high-end Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Elite model, with the only small differences such as the studs collar and the finishing of each color.

Tech-wise, the Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Pro football boot does not feature the Flyknit upper as the all-new Nike Mercurial Vapor 360 football boot but a 'micro-textured, premium synthetic upper', which is actually just Nike's famous Teijin material (even though it is not called so - used for the discontinued Nike Mercurial Vapor XI).

What might be also surprising is that the plate design of the second-tier Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Pro is very similar as the one of the high-end Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Elite.

The Nike Mercurial Vapor XII Pro soccer cleats are available for 120 Euro (120 USD, 105 GBP), which makes them much cheaper than the Nike Mercurial Vapor XI (220 Euro) and the Flyknit Nike Mercurial Vapor XII (240 Euro).

The Nike Mercurial Pro version is also available as high-cut boot (Nike Mercurial Superfly 6 Pro), featuring the same upper with a textile collar.
