Chile 2018 Away Kit Revealed
Chile's 2018 away kit, produced by Nike, introduces a bold and eye-catching design that combines the team's traditional red, white and blue in a new way. Chile failed to qualify for the World Cup, which means that the Chile 2018 home and away kits will see their most important appearance for the 2019 Copa America in Brazil.
The Chile 2018 home and away kits will be available to buy from 19 April.
Chile 2018 Away Kit
This is the new Nike Chile 2018 away shirt.
Predominantly white, the Chile 2018 away jersey features a bold graphic print on the front that combines tapered red and blue stripes to create a gradient effect.
The graphic on the Chile 2018 away kit is inspired by the Andean condor, Chile’s national bird. “We had a huge opportunity to show Chilean culture to the world with the away kit,” explains Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director. “The away kit represents a modern Chile, the prowess of their national icon in the condor and the blistering intensity at which football is played in the country.”
The sleeves and neck of the Chile 2018 away kit are both white with a subtle gray zig-zag knit effect, a staple of Nike's 2018 Aeroswift template.
White shorts and socks, both with blue trim, complete the new Nike Chile away kit.
