FC Barcelona x Meyba

Meyba's first Barcelona home kit was used between 1982 and 1984. It features a classic design with the club's traditional blaugrana stripes. In 1984, Meyba released a slightly updated version of their first Barcelona jersey featuring the brand's infamous pattern on the sleeves.

Meyba's last Barcelona home kit, released in 1989 and used until Kappa became the club's kit supplier, introduced a more modern look with embossed stripes and a glossy fabric. Nike took inspiration from the jersey for their FC Barcelona 16-17 home kit.

There are two FC Barcelona Meyba away shirts that are real classics. First, their yellow and Blaugrana away kit that was used by the club for seven years (it was slightly updated in 1984) and the orange jersey that the club wore in the 1992 Champions League final against Sampdoria. In addition to these jerseys, the brand also released a turquoise colored alternate jersey (1980-89) as well as a crimson kit (1990-92).

In total, Meyba just released three different FC Barcelona home kits and five different Barcelona away / third jerseys during the ten years as kit supplier of the Catalan giants.

Today, Meyba does not sponsor any clubs anymore. In fact, the brand releases casual sportswear that pays homage to the origins and principles of the old Mediterranean values.
