Update #2: Appearing in front of the Signal Iduna crowd for the first time, Marc Bartra was spotted wearing Puma evoSPEED boots at the official Dortmund team presentation. It will be very interesting to see which cleats he'll choose for the German Super Cup final against Bayern Munich tonight.

Update: Marc Bartra has returned to his usual Nike Tiempo Legend boots after he was spotted wearing the brand-new black and red Puma evoPOWER in his first training sessions at the Puma-sponsored German club.

Joining Puma-sponsored Borussia Dortmund from Nike-sponsored FC Barcelona, center back Marc Bartra has done the only right thing: ditching the Nike Tiempo Legend boots he was wearing before, he teamed up with his new squad wearing Puma evoPOWER cleats.

Bartra had been wearing Nike football boots ever since breaking through from Barcelona's youth and this mid-year switch suggests his previous Nike contract was tied to his Barcelona deal or at least ran out at the end of last season.
