Drawing inspiration from Rio de Janeiro and Brazil, the new Adidas Errejota 2016 Ball boasts a vibrant design. Combining the main color white with the green and yellow colors of Brazil's flag, the new Adidas Errejota Ball comes with a wave design as reference to the sidewalks along Rio's beaches.
Tech-wise, the Adidas Errejota Ball offers the same features as the Adidas Brazuca 2014 World Cup Ball. Featuring a revolutionary six-panels design and a 3D surface, the Adidas Errejota Ball provides grip, contact, stability and aerodynamics on the pitch in any weather conditions.
Adidas also released a special video called "Incendeie o Jogo" (Fire Up the Game) that celebrates the football together with the Marvellous City. In the video, Errejota becomes the core of Rio de Janeiro, showing the city's scenery, including its main football fields.
"adidas understands that Rio de Janeiro is Brazil's heart, so we want ERREJOTA to represent not only this carioca soul, but also light up the fire and make the world's hottest city boil" said adidas president for Brazil Fernando Basualdo.
The new Adidas Errejota 2016 Soccer Ball is available from November 20 at selected retailers for approximately 140 Euro (160 USD, 105 GBP).
