Fiorentina To Sign Le Coq Sportif Kit Deal
The iconic French sports company Le Coq Sportif is set to return to the football market in 2015. Le Coq Sportif will soon announce a new kit supplier deal with Italian Serie A club ACF Fiorentina to replace current shirt supplier Joma, according to the Florence newspaper La Nazione. The Spanish brand Joma sponsored Fiorentina for three seasons, after ACF Fiorentina and Joma signed a 3-years kit deal in 2012.
Le Coq Sportif Fiorentina Jersey Deal
It is reported that le Coq Sportif outbid Umbro and Kappa to become the new ACF Fiorentina Kit Supplier from 2015-16. The new ACF Fiorentina Joma Kit Deal will begin from the 2015-2016 season, although no contract details were unveiled yet.
In April 2014, rumors afloat that French Ligue 1 team Saint-Étienne agreed a new five-years kit deal with le Coq Sportif to become the new Saint-Étienne Shirt Supplier from the 2015-16 season. Adidas has been the official ASSE Kit supplier since 2004.
Le Co Sportif is well-known for sponsoring the 1982 and 1986 FIFA World Cup winning team Argentina and Italy, while the French brand also supplied the kits for various Club and National Teams. From 2009 to 2012, le Coq Sportif had been the Everton FC Kit supplier, whereas the French brand disappeared from the soccer market since then. The new ACF Fiorentina 2015-2016 Kits will be released in Summer 2015.
