New Puma evoPOWER 2014 Boot Unveiled

The rumors about a totally new Puma Football Boot began in June 2013, when a Puma official talked about a Puma boot innovation coming in 2014 not explaining new details. This new Puma Boot is the Puma evoPOWER Boot, which was released today by the German Brand and is the successor of the Puma Powercat Boot.

A stunning newspaper prototype of the new Puma evoPOWER Boot was seen being worn by Balotelli and today we take a closer look at the first Puma evoPOWER Colorway.

The Puma evoPOWER Boot is designed to maximise power and accuracy and worn by Mario Balotelli, Cesc Fábregas and Marco Reus. Even the Puma evoPOWER is a power boot, the boot comes with a weight of just 206g.

The upper of the new Puma Boot is made from a premium one way strechable material called AdapLite. The Puma evoPOWER AdapLite is designed for a barefoot like feel to allow a optimal power delivery.

A really interesting part of the Puma evoPOWER Boot, which comes with a remarkable sole design showing the power of the boot. The new Puma evoPOWER Boot comes with a yellow element on the inner side of the boot made for stability.

The newspaper boot from Balotelli featured the same remarkable element on the heel as the evoPOWER boot. The dark navy Soft Heel insert on the back of the Puma evoPOWER boot is designed for a low pressure on the heel as well as more flexibility within the boot.
