The agreement marks the end of the Terriers' current relationship with Umbro, which has been its kit supplier since 2018. However, the deal comes after Castore acquired the exclusive Umbro marketing and distribution rights in key European markets, including the UK, last year, so it's not a switch in the background.

Castore will design and manufacture all on-field playing kits and training wear for Huddersfield Town. The timing of the deal coincides perfectly with the anniversary of Huddersfield's historic "Thrice Champions" season, offering a fitting backdrop to launch the new partnership - Huddersfield was the first to win the English League title three times in a row in 1924, 1925 and 1926.
The financial details remain undisclosed, but Chief Revenue Officer Paul Reeves confirmed it represents "a record and significant contract" for the Yorkshire club in terms of kit deals, which will support their "joint vision for the future."
