The Hummel SV Werder Bremen 24-25 special football shirt has an almost identical design to the 2006-07 home shirt, with a half-and-half design in green and white.
The change can be seen in the placement of the logo, with Hummel placing the Bremen crest in the center of the shirt, rather than on the left chest like the original.
The left chest is printed with details honoring Diego's contribution to the team:
