Puma to Be Leading Ball Maker in Europe's Top Leagues
Puma is set to become Europe's leading official ball maker, supplying balls to three of Europe's top five football leagues from the 2025-26 season, including the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A.
Puma to Make Balls for the Premier League, Serie a and La Liga From the 25-26 Season
The deal to supply the ball to the Premier League from the 25-26 season will officially make Puma the leading ball supplier in Europe.
All three leagues, La Liga, Serie A and the Premier League, were supplied with balls by Nike prior to the 2019-20 season. Puma has since reached agreements to supply balls to La Liga from the 19-20 season, Serie A from the 22-23 season and the upcoming Premier League from the 25-26 season.
In Europe, Puma also has ball supply agreements with England's EFL, Liga F (Spain's Women's first division), Portugal's Liga Portugal, and Scotland's Professional League.
Not only in Europe, but with recent deals in the Americas and Africa, Puma is on the verge of becoming the world's leading official ball maker.
Adidas will continue to make the official match balls for the two most important competitions - the Champions League and the World Cup. Nike, on the other hand, will have virtually no important deal left.
