Real Sociedad has launched a special edition jersey honoring the centenary of Eduardo Chillida's birth. The renowned Basque sculptor and engraver was one of the club's goalkeepers during the 1942-1943 season.
On September 27, 1942, Chillida made his debut for Real Sociedad, playing 14 games before a serious injury ended his football career. Now, 82 years later, Chillida’s legacy with the club is celebrated through this unique shirt.
