Puma & Manchester City in Badge Nightmare After Winning Club World Cup

  • Badge Placement Issues: Manchester City's Club World Cup badge is being inconsistently placed on players' kits, with some too far to the left or right.
  • Alignment Problems: Puma, the kit manufacturer, is struggling with the alignment of their logo, the Club World Cup badge, and the Manchester City crest on the shirts.
  • Badge Falling Off: One player, Alvarez, nearly lost his Club World Cup badge during a match.

Manchester City have apparently encountered some difficulties with the correct application of the brand-new Club World Cup badge. This becomes visible on closer inspection.

Puma and Manchester City Struggle with Consistent Logo Placement

Several players have had the badge placed too far to the right or left on their kits. This results in heavy differences in the distances of the Puma logo, Club World Cup badge, and City crest.

In one instance, the badge almost came off - Alvarez nearly lost his Club World Cup badge.

Puma, the kit manufacturer, are also experiencing problems with aligning their logos correctly. On Alvarez's shirt, the Puma logo is a bit directed upwards, on Kyle Walker's shirt, the City badge is far too outside, and for Akanji, the Puma logo is far more outside than for Walker.
