This is the Bastia 23-24 pre-season football shirt, made by Adidas.
The Adidas Bastia 2023-2024 pre-season jersey is a very simple teamwear design by Adidas in plain blue with white stripes on the shoulders. What makes it special is the giant retro club crest placed where the sponsor logo usually sits.
The Moor's head is the symbol of Corsica, and the version here within a white shield became Bastia's official crest in 1985, although they wore it on their shirts even before that. Their crest has been updated a couple of times since, and the current version sees the Moor's head shield combined with a castle inside of a larger shield.
Pre-season shirts don't usually go on sale, but recognising the nostalgic potential of this classic design, Bastia have made the 23-24 pre-season kit available for €65. Surely a smart move.
