Crest updates are generally not very well received by fans, as the updates are ultra-minimalistic, corporate-style logos that we have seen plenty of recently.
However, this change is a simple one where the Claret Purple associated with Burnley's kits and brand is praised.
The changed logo is already on the Premier League's website as well as the club's.
