Many football clubs have felt the need to update their crest in recent years, with most opting for something very streamlined and modern that focuses on their home city. Taking cues from the logos of American sports teams, freelance sports creative Mark Johnson has done his own redesigns for six well-known football clubs. Putting their initials and traditional kit colours at the heart of things, the results show some very well thought out ideas.
