Castore Announce Preston North End Kit Deal
Preston North End earlier today announced a kit sponsorship deal with Castore, further increasing the up-and-coming kit brand's roster.
As per the press release, Castore will "provide bespoke kits for the club" starting in the 2023-24 season. Castore will also take over the PNE store at Deepdale and redesign it alongside a new-look online store.
Castore replace Nike as PNE's kit producer. Nike have been supplying Preston North End since the 2013-14 season, when they took over from Puma. They have exclusively supplied teamwear designs during this time. Check out the full PNE Kit History over on Football Kit Archive.
Speaking on the new partnership, Peter Ridsdale, Preston North End director, said: "We are delighted to be able to announce our partnership with Castore, who are one of the fastest-growing sportswear brands in the market.
"We look forward to working with Castore throughout this partnership and we are excited to reveal our bespoke kits for the 2023/24 season in the coming months, which we feel will prove extremely popular with supporters."
Pascal Lafitte, Director of Partnerships at Castore added: “We are thrilled with announcing Preston North End as a partner today and making our move into the Championship for the first time. Preston have a great history and we look forward to presenting our amazing kit designs to their fans this Summer as well as further strengthening Castore’s presence within football in the UK.”
