Argentina/Chile/Paraguay/Uruguay 2030 World Cup Bid Logo Released

Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay have officially joined forces "to bring the World Cup back to its birthplace". We take a closer look at the official 2030 World Cup bid logo presented by CONMEBOL.

The four nations (Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay) submitted a joint bid to host the 2030 World Cup on February 7th, calling for the tournament to return to where football was born, 100 years after the first World Cup was held in Montevideo.

To support the bid, the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) have created a special logo for the joint bid. The logo features the slogan "Juntos 2030" (Together 2030), the flags of the four nations, and the lettering "100 años" (100 years).

The logo has been printed on t-shirts to better market the joint bid and showcase the unity of the South American nations.

If the bid is successful and the World Cup is awarded to Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay, there will of course a new logo.

Other nations that want to host the 2030 World Cup are Morocco, Spain/Portugal/Ukraine, and Greece/Egypt/Saud Arabia.
