The kit is a concept from a Newcastle fan page
Indeed, after further research, we found out that the concept was created by the Newcastle fan account 1892.culture.
If they become Newcastle's kit maker, Adidas would probably use one of the 2022 World Cup templates
If Adidas becomes Newcastle United's kit supplier, they are probably set to use one of their 2022 World Cup templates.
