2022-23 3. Liga Kit Overview - Capelli and Nike Dominate
The 2022-23 3. Liga season has been underway for several weeks now, meaning that the vast majority of kits have already been released. Here is an overview of the jerseys that will be worn throughout the season.
As you can see from the statistics provided by Football Kit Archive, Capelli and Nike supply half of the 20-team league with 5 clubs each. Puma follows closely with 4, trailed by Umbro (2). Jako, Joma, Adidas and Hummel share the remaining four clubs.
Dynamo Dresden

The Umbro Dynamo Dresden 22-23 home shirt comes in the club's traditional shade of yellow, with black and yellow stripes applied on the back of the collar and sleeve cuffs. One of these stripes also comes in the club's red color.
Away
The Umbro Dynamo Dresden 22-23 away shirt combines a clean white base with a stunning graphic pattern on the front of the body in shades of black, grey and yellow. This graphic pattern is inspired by a diamond from Dresden Castle.
Third
The Umbro Dynamo Dresden 22-23 third shirt is completely wine red except for the sponsor logos on the chest, which are white. A red / white graphic pattern on the sleeve cuffs rounds off the look.

Based on the Park Derby III teamwear option, the Nike FC Aue 2022-23 home jersey combines a purple base with a white V-shaped collar. There are also white patches on the sleeves near the shoulder area.

The Nike Aue 2022-23 away shirt is being carried over from last season. It is based on Nike's most simple teamwear model, the Park VII template.
Third
The Nike Erzgebirge Aue 22-23 third shirt is also based on the simple Nike Park VII teamwear jersey. This time, a gold base color is used, combined with a black Nike logo.
FC Ingolstadt

The FC Ingolstadt 04 2022-23 home jersey has a striped design in red and black with the stripes going from the bottom up to about chest height. At this point, there is a red chest band, which is surrounded by two black stripes, containing both the Ingolstadt and Puma logos.
Away
The FC Ingolstadt 22-23 away shirt is mainly white with black details, based on a simple teamwear model (teamLIGA).
Third
The Puma FC Ingolstadt 22-23 third jersey is based on the teamGOAL 23 teamwear jersey, combining a black base with monochrome white logos.

The Nike 1860 München 2022-23 home shirt is predominantly white with a hoop graphic in sky blue, it's a design we've seen a few times already this season for Nike's smaller teams.

The Capelli Mannheim 22-23 away shirt is mainly white, featuring four subtle grey pinstripes on the front. Black is used for the collar, sleeve cuffs and logos.

Introducing a garish look, the Capelli Mannheim 2022-23 third shirt has an unusual color combination in yellow and light green. The yellow torso is covered in four black pinstripes on the front, while the raglan-style sleeves are green.

The Umbro VfL Osnabrück 2022-2023 third shirt is inspired by the traditional history and origins. It recalls the pioneering days of the club, which were founded on April 17, 1899. At that time, VfL played in black jerseys, which is probably due to the city colors of Osnabrück.

Inspired by the water from the nearby Rhein river, the Capelli SV Wehen Wiesbaden 2022-23 away shirt has a blue water graphic on a light blue base. All logos come in navy, with the away using the same template as the home kit.

The Capelli Wehen Wiesbaden 2022-23 third shirt is based on the CS One template in neon yellow. Its sole purpose is to stand out from most other colors.
Borussia Dortmund II

The Dortmund 2022-23 home shirt is predominantly 'Cyber Yellow', the same color used for recent BVB league home shirts. The standout feature of the BVB 2022-2023 home jersey are four stripes, which appear on the front of the shirt and also feature a subtle geometric pattern on the inside. The stripes are interrupted in the center, around the 1&1 sponsor logo box.
Away
The Borussia Dortmund 2022-23 away jersey is black with "asphalt" and yellow. The dark grey 'asphalt' is used for a 'dazzle checker' pattern that appears on the right half of the new BVB 22-23 away kit. The shirt is based on Puma's Ultraweave template - just like all other from the brand next season, with a simple v-collar.
FSV Zwickau

The FSV Zwickau 2022-2023 home shirt marks a milestone for the club, who are receiving their first bespoke Puma kit. Red and white stripes, clearly inspired by those in the club crest, run from the bottom to just underneath the main sponsor.

The FSV Zwickau 2022-23 away shirt is based on the Puma teamGLORY teamwear jersey. It has subtle upside-down V-shapes placed on the front with the Puma logos in white.

The potential FSV Zwickau 2022-2023 third shirt is mainly white, also based on the Puma teamGLORY teamwear option. The upside-down V-shapes come in light grey with the logos in black and pink.
SC Freiburg II

The Nike SC Freiburg away 2022-2023 shirt is mainly black, featuring a much more coherent graphic. Black and grey are combined in diagonal striped sections, always fading towards the right side of the kit.

Like last season, the Nike Freiburg 22-23 third shirt is based on standard teamwear. This is the new Nike Academy jersey in white and black, which has a barcode-like pattern on the sleeves.

The Nike Meppen 22-23 home shirt is based on Nike's Challenge IV teamwear option in blue and white. A simple blue base is combined with a white stripe down each side, white sleeve cuffs and a white part at the back of the collar.

Once again using exclusively blue and white, the Nike SV Meppen 2022-23 away shirt is completely white apart from the blue logos. It is based on Nike's most simple teamwear jersey, the Park VII template.

Last season's away kit is being carried over as the Nike SV Meppen 2022-2023 third shirt. It is black with gold areas on the shoulders and collar.
Viktoria Köln

Introducing a classic stripes look, the Capelli Viktoria Köln 22-23 home shirt combines 5 red with 4 black stripes on the front, while the sleeves are solid red.
Away
The Capelli Viktoria Köln 22-23 away shirt is predominantly black with white logos. Capelli's logo and Viktoria's crest are both in a central position, the former being placed at the top.
Third
Last season's home kit is being carried over as the the Capelli Viktoria Köln 2022-2023 third shirt. A basic white jersey with black logos is combined with a black and red central stripe.

The Capelli Duisburg 22-23 home jersey features the trademark blue and white hoops alongside a traditional collar. The other key standout of the Duisburg 2022-23 home shirt is the logo, which is the club's official 120th anniversary edition. This special logo is used across the entire range this season.

Capelli's MSV Duisburg 2022-2023 away jersey combines black and dark grey in a graphic design.
