Girondins Bordeaux Returns to Popular "Old" Logo - First Decision of New Owner
Ligue 1 club Girondins Bordeaux officially changed ownership and as a first step announced the return of the previous crest from the 2021-22 season.
Girondins had recently been relegated to Ligue 2 following the retirement of its former owner. Finally, Gerard Lopez, a Spanish-Luxembourg businessman, took over the club and was able to keep the place in Ligue 1 which will start in August.

Girondins Bordeaux 2021-22 Crest
The previous new Girondins Bordeaux logo was launched on 30 June 2020. It was very unpopular among fans.
It is possible that the Adidas Girondins Bordeaux 21-22 kits will also feature the old (now again current) crest but it could also be that they come with the unpopular logo.
The 21-22 kits were not launched yet
