Update: Neymar has debuted the Puma Future Z Creativity boots in the League 1 match against Lyon yesterday evening. They greatly match with the Nike Paris Saint-Germain 2021 fourth kit, interestingly.

Puma today released a special 'Creativity' version of the Puma Future Z 2021 boots silo.
Officially called Puma Future Z Creativity, Neymar will wear these cleats from Spring / early Summer 2021. They are no real signature football boots as they do not feature any Neymar brandings. It is not known if other players will wear them, however.

The new Puma Future Z boots boast a bold and stylish look in black, blue and pink. The new Puma Future Z football shoes come with a unique graphic design all over it.
The instep comes with the Future logo and the three main tech features of them.
In terms of tech, the new Puma Future 2021 Creativity soccer cleats are exactly the same as standard colorways it appears like.
