Lazio Could Sign Castore Kit Deal

According to a report published by Italian newspaper Calcio e Finanza it is possible that Lazio will wear Castore kits from the 2021-22 campaign.

Castore is a UK-based brand founded in 2016 that signed its first professional contract with Glasgow Rangers before the start of this season. Additionally, they were linked with Premier League teams Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers since then.

After Losing Out On AS Roma: Castore Linked With Lazio

According to Calcio e Finanza Lazio was proposed an annual sum of 4 million euros per season starting with the 2022-23 campaign. Currently, I Biancocelesti (The White and Sky Blues) have a contract with Italian brand Macron that runs since 2012 and will end on 30 June 2022 as of now.

Lazio is one of Macron's most important teams aside from Club Brugge, Sporting CP or Real Sociedad. The Italian club recently managed to participate in Europa League or Champions League several years in a row, and is on course to repeat this achievement this year.

Interestingly, Castore previously tried to get AS Roma under contract, but lost out to American sportswear brand New Balance in the end. The newest rumour also fits Castore's general approach with a very aggressive strategy to acquire as many high-profile clubs as possible with their revolutionary "digital-focused" approach to "reach a wider audience".
