English Premier League club Liverpool has released special face masks for the 2021 Chinese New Year that might be a hidden hint at the team's 21-22 shirts.

Officially dubbed Liverpool CNY face cover, the new LFC face masks have been released to celebrate the coming festive season in China - the Chinese New Year.
The masks officially combine the colors "Fortune Red and Orient white"
According to the club, the limited edition LFC face cover pays tribute to the the year of the Ox in Fortune Red and Orient white. However, the colors are almost the same as those for the team's 21-22 home and away kits.
Liverpool 21-22 home and away kit colors
The Liverpool 21-22 home kit will be 'gym red', combined with 'bright crimson' and 'fossil', a beige shade. The subtle pattern design of the face masks is inspired by traditional Chinese symbols.
Tech-wise, the bespoke face cover comes with added mesh layer and lanyard for improved breathability and comfort. They are no medical protective mask.
