FC Barcelona 21-22 Third Kit Released
FC Barcelona and Nike this morning launched the brand-new 2021-22 third kit, i.e. Champions League home kit.
The new third jersey, which is inspired by different parts of the city of Barcelona, will exclusively be used for home matches in the UEFA Champions League and Women's Champions League. It will be debuted in the Champions League match against Bayern Munich on September 14th, 2021.

The Nike FC Barcelona 21-22 Champions League home football shirt introduces a bold take on the classic Blaugrana look of blue and red stripes.
There are two red and three blue stripes on the front and back of the FC Barcelona 2021-22 Champions League home jersey, while the sleeves are just blue. Dark blue accents in the form of the collar, sleeve cuffs and stripes on the sides complete the look. The logos are yellow.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the 1992 Olympic Games in the city, the Nike FC Barcelona 2021-22 third football shirt features illustrations that highlight landmarks of various Barcelona neighborhoods inside the stripes. These include, among others, the three chimneys of Poble Sec or the original La Masia, which is located next to the Camp Nou.
In total, the quarters that feature on the Nike FC Barcelona 2021-2022 Champions League home shirt are Les Corts, Sant Antoni, Sants, El Raval, Poble Sec and Gràcia. The most iconic landmarks, both architectural and cultural, were drawn as silhouettes by young local artists.
The same graphics appear throughout the Barcelona 21-22 Champions League collection, not just the on-pitch kit, including a t-shirt which got leaked earlier this year.
The shorts of the Barcelona 21-22 third kit are 'hyper royal', while the socks combine the much darker 'blackened blue' with 'fireberry' and 'varsity maze'. They feature the writing 'El nostre Barça' (Our Barça) on the front, above the Swoosh.
It will not be the first time that Barcelona have a special home kit for European competition. It already happened back in 93-94, for example, when Johan Cruyff coached the team and the kits were made by Kappa.
