Newcastle 'Agree Kit Deal' With Castore

Update: Newcastle United supporter @walke_mr claims to have spot signs of new kit supplier at St James’ Park - a photo suggests that Castore's logo is being embellished on the stadium.

Newcastle United will reportedly switch to Castore next season, according to Sportcal.

Originally already out of contract after last season, Newcastle agreed on a one-year extension with Puma earlier this year.

Newcastle United to Sign Castore Kit Deal

The Castore Newcastle deal is reported to be worth £5m / season.

Interestingly, there's a history between Castore and controversial Newcastle / SportsDirect owner Mike Ashley. Castore co-founder Tom Beahon had to dismiss rumors that Ashley was an investor in the company.

Beahon told Sportsmail in May: 'We have investors who like to remain private. Our biggest investor is one of the wealthiest families in the UK. 'For the record, it's not Mike Ashley despite some of the things I've read online in the last couple of weeks.'

Stay tuned for more about the possible deal between Newcastle United and Castore.
