In early June 2020, images of more than a dozen Adidas 2020-2021 kits got leaked. Some of them show prototypes - the Adidas Juventus 2020-2021 home kit looks different the final jersey.

The reason for the Juventus 2020-2021 home kit from the "Massive Adidas Leak" do differ from the others is that the jersey is an early sample. There are two major differences visible on the picture.
The first and biggest difference between the prototype and the final design is easy to see. The prototype of the Adidas Juventus Home jersey comes with a black / white Jeep logo, while the final kit has a gold Jeep branding.
The third difference is visible within the collar. The labeling is different, and the way the kit was manufactured is also different.
Apart from those remarkable differences, other things that differ are not visible on the picture.
The Adidas 20-21 Juventus home jersey is set to be launched very shortly.
