Due to Qantas losing our regular kit in transit ☹️, here’s what we’ll be lining up in against @wufcofficial this afternoon...@ALeague #OneGlory #ALeague #WUNvPER pic.twitter.com/ahoL8h33w2
After the club's kits got lost during the Qantas flight to Melbourne, they had to play the match wearing a makeshift kit featuring an abundance of sponsors.
As pointed out by @xic8520 on Twitter, the shirts worn by Perth Glory are not even training shirt but instead a "support t-shirt" - it's likely that this was what the players were wearing for the flight anyway.
Looks like their supporter t-shirt in a different colour.. not even training shirt hahaha 🤦🏻♂️ pic.twitter.com/8EsPKfGFeL

In another twist to the story, Qantas replied to the club's Tweet to try and resolve the situation:
Hi there, we're looking into this for you, but our records show the bags made it to Melbourne. Please DM us with your missing bag report number or more information. Thanks. HC
