Here Is Which Boots Toni Kroos Wore Before His Beloved Classic Adidas Adipure 11pro Boots
Some weeks ago, Toni Kroos revealed some more details about his boot witness and why he has been wearing the same cleats since a few years now. Today, we want to take a short look at the German midfielder's boot history to find out which boots he had worn before his current cleats.
Toni Kroos Football Boot History
The boots Toni Kroos is wearing since a few years are called Adidas Adipure 11pro 2. They were originally launched on January 2 2014, more than five years ago. Toni Kroos, however, did not switch to them immediately but has been lacing up in them since the 2014 World Cup (Germany should win the title in 2014, so that might be a reason for him to stitch to them since then...)
Before Toni Kroos switched to his now beloved Adidas Adipure 11pro 2 boots in white, sky blue and black, he had been wearing the Adidas adiPure IV FG Soccer Cleats in Zero Metallic/Black/Matte Gold. They were originally released in 2010, four years before the boots he is currently wearing.
Interestingly and also quite logically as the Adidas Adipure silo was only introduced around 2008, Toni Kroos had not always been lacing up in the modern heritage boot. He wore white Adidas Predator Powerswerve in his first season at Bayern Munich (2007-08).
Not surprisingly at all, Toni Kroos also wore the white / black / sky blue Adidas Adipure 11pro 2 football boot in the latest match for Real Madrid, the 2019-2020 La Liga season opener against Celta Vigo.
Toni Kroos said that he will never again play with other cleats in his career, so his boot story should be completed.

AS Roma Become First Club to Wear Every Squad Number From 1 to 99
AS Roma have achieved a unique piece of football history by becoming the first club to have every squad number from 1 to 99 worn at least once. The rare milestone was unlocked following the arrival of 19-year-old Portuguese attacking midfielder Rodrigo Mora from FC Porto, who chose the previously untouched number 86 shirt. Big thanks to @asromainside.
Italian football has long been known for its relaxed shirt numbering rules compared to leagues with strict regulations like La Liga, allowing players in Serie A to freely select high and unconventional digits. Over the decades, Roma squads have paired timeless classics like Francesco Totti's number 10 and Daniele De Rossi's 16 with distinctive high numbers such as Stephan El Shaarawy's 92, Romelu Lukaku's 90, and Mile Svilar's 99.
With number 86 standing as the final missing piece of the puzzle, Mora's selection officially completes the entire 1 to 99 roster. A graphic celebrating the achievement visualizes all 99 shirts alongside notable Giallorossi players who have carried each number onto the pitch throughout the club's history.
