Willian Becomes Chelsea's New No. 10, Pulisic Number Not Known Yet
Last season, Willian wore the #22 shirt at Stamford Bridge. However, because of Eden Hazard’s move from the Blues to Real Madrid this summer, the Belgian’s No. 10 shirt became available. Willian has now confirmed he’s been offered the number 10 jersey, and he’s taking it.
For the record, Willian wore the Brazil #10 shirt at the recent Copa America. Willian also has worn the No. 10 shirt at Shakhtar Donetsk and Anzhi Makhachkala before joining Chelsea FC.
Another question that remains is Pulisic’s shirt number. Pulisic wore the #24 shirt in Chelsea's first friendly, but Chelsea have previously confirmed that Pulisic’s #24 shirt isn’t fixed.
It is will possible that the American will inherit Willian’s #22 - here wore the #22 shirt for BVB.
