The Deportivo 2019-20 home shirt is an interesting mix between a never-before-seen hoop design and a classic template with a traditional collar.
The unconvential look of the Macron Deportivo La Coruna 2019-20 home jersey is inspired by the flags flown by the Depor faithful in the stadium and around the city. Interestingly, that's the same reasoning Nike used when trying to justify the hooped Barcelona shirt in 15-16.
It's also meant to pay tribute to the club's other sports sections, such as cycling and track and field who used to don hooped shirts back in the day.
