Update: German 2. Bundesliga club FC. St Pauli announced that they will produce their kits in-house. The last German team to make something similar was Borussia Dortmund, whose own brand goool was not successful at all. BVB nearly went bankrupt that time.

AS Roma could also make thier 21-22 jerseys themselves, it is rumored.

Currently no big clubs are making their jerseys in-house, but there have been several top teams who made their kits themselves. We take a look at some of the most iconic in-house football kits, in cooperation with Football Kit Archive.

In-house football kits either feature no brand logo at all or a logo created by the club. In example, Betis called their brand 'rbp' (short for Real Betis Balompié) and Leicester called them 'Fox Leisure'. BVB introduced their own brand goool.de for a few seasons in the early 2000s to make more profit, but it was not very successful.
